Thank you Vets!

On the eleventh day, of the eleventh month, in the eleventh hour, the armistice was signed halting fighting in WWI. The great war was finally over, the treaty of "the war to end all wars" had been signed.

Today we honor U.S. service men and women who have severed, fought and protected our homeland and freedom. Please take a few minutes to say THANK YOU! Being a vet myself I have a bit of an understanding of the sacrifice that is made on a day to day basis.

"To us in America, the reflections of Armistice Day will be filled with lots of pride in the heroism of those who died in the country's service and with gratitude for the victory, both because of the thing from which it has freed us and because of the opportunity it has given America to show her sympathy with peace and justice in the councils of the nations."
Woodrow Wilson, 1911
